State Assist and Care's Community Nursing Program under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is designed to provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing services to individuals with disabilities within the community. 5. 24/7 Nursing Support Line: Participants have access to a 24/7 nursing support line staffed by qualified professionals, providing immediate assistance, advice, and guidance whenever needed.

6. Medication Management: Our nurses oversee medication administration, dosage compliance, and provide education to participants and caregivers to ensure safe and effective medication practices.
